ZapeSYNTHnica is a bracelet /synthesizer. A synthesizer based on the 555 chip, officially known as the Stepped Tone Generator, in 1982 Forrest Mims simply called a Sound Synthesizer. Today, it is best known after its popular name: the Atari Punk Console. And zapeSYNTHnica bracelet is an old dog learning a new trick.

In the workshop, you will build a wearable synth that is easy to make; however, with a light controller, it is hours of partying and having a good time. ZapeSYNTHnica is a great companion for people who have just embarked on the journey into the world of DIY synthesizers and those who will add it as a CV module to their modular synth system.
